The galvanized steel will not rust, though it will develop a flatter finish over time and with exposure. We only stock galvanized steel rings. All orders are shipped in 5# increments. We accept check or money order - sorry , no credit card orders just yet. Orders received with money orders are shipped immediately. With personal checks, we wait for the check to clear before shipping the order. We ship UPS Ground, which is supposed to be delivered within three to four days... We can ship 2nd day UPS if you really want it, but with the weight of these rings that gets VERY expensive.
